Go deep in the heart of Cajun Country on this culinary tour where you can hear the sounds of Cajun French spoken in small, sleepy towns, taste the robust flavors, prepare dishes like jambalaya, shrimp Créole and gumbo and dance the night away to the tunes of Zydeco and Cajun music. Hands-on cooking lessons will be taught by Chef Patrick Mould.
